there is not much info i have seen about this apart from a short bit about it being censored in Japan

Here's a few things that'll reportedly be censored out of the Japanese version of Cyberpunk 2077:

Added underwear to naked male/female characters
Revised some sexually explicit content
Selective revision of severing human body/exposed guts
Revision/removal of billboard/graffiti shaped as genitals
