CDPR has made sure the game is as optimal as possible I'm sure the game wont have many issues running on DX-12, One reviewer even said he was running the game at 1080 on a GTX 2080 and was getting a crisp 60 FPS on action/combat parts of the game and even higher just roaming I'm sure he was also running DX-12.
