I am here to correct you because you're wrong.

-Flying transports are still in the game. We see the Corpo V starting his quest by taking one to Lizzy's (A bar in night city.) They were never player controlled, and were only a small scene for certain Corpo missions.

- Metro stations were a method of fast travel around the city. They have replaced with a more efficient fast travel system. (It will be sad to not sit and watch the city as you wait in the metro, though.)

- Vehicle customization was scrapped because of time constraints. It may be added later as a free DLC.

- There are still third person cutscenes. At least 3 - 4 were seen in the opening hours of the game.

- I don't know what you mean by roleplaying system.

- Flathead was removed because it was originally used for investigating areas and quests, it has now been replaced by Braindance.

-Wall Running was never a thing. There was never any parkour sort of mechanics in the game. One could jump, and then stick to the wall with the mantis blades for a drop-down sort of attack with them. It has been removed to streamline level verticality.

Certain design choices change over the course of a games development. This doesn't mean they're just chucking sh*t aside and scrapping all the mechanics of the game. They're fixing and balancing things so that it can be the best experience for the story they want to tell.
