No. I think everone starts the same way. When you take corpo/ ex corpo you just may have different connections than you would have with streetkid.
As corpo you may gain easier access to specific buildings but you will be hated by the poor people.
As a streetkid you may have better options surviving on the streets but corporations won't give you any advantages
