What's a "wrong" choice? If you're not sure in the outcome how can you even mess up? Don't remember Predator 2? Bad things happen, that's what he said.
The first major choice in Witcher i made was the "wrong" one, it bit me in the backside a couple of hours after i made it. I really should't have let them take the cargo. But hey that's life.
I do not recommend using a guide.
