probably. I mean, we get to create character, choose cloths and things like hair adn tattoes and cosmetic only cyberware so id imagine they'll let us customize cybernetic implants of they can be seen on our characters. who knows tho. dont thikn theyve tlaked aobut this so it might be the opposite.
