While cancelling a pre-order regardless of motive is your right and should always be so, I'd still like to point out that the time for assesing wether or not the game delivers "what was advertised" as you put it is AFTER the game actually releases and certainly not before (of course that doesn't mean that you or anybody else has to purchase the game in order to check for themselves if the game delivered on its promises or not, after all we live in the age of internet and since Cyberpunk 2077 will probably be the most anticipated release of 2020 it will no doubt be heavily featured in Twitch and Youtube let's plays - not to mention all the video reviews everyone and their mother will be posting including mainstream game journalists).
So IMO you acting like you can glimpse all of what the game will deliver and all the promises broken or kept by the devs based only on the meager marketing promotional gameplay vids and interviews available now is kind of stupid to me and it seems to me with that kind of attitude you will miss out on a lot of great things (not just games) simply because you choose to judge the product before it's even released and you've actually had a chance to assess the finished product first hand.
