If its anything like other shooters they might have it so you can level your gun up with you. They stated that as you use a spesific gun more and more V will become more used to the feel and eventually master it. If so that could resolve the issue. Not to mention that we can upgrade and modify the guns anyways so it could be abit like fallout's gun modifications?

Who knows? im certain there will be a soloution to that when the game is out.
