This is a current gen game. If they are going to update it, that means going beyond what current gen can offer. So yes there will be an update for PC.

If the PC version is already the best the game can be as you claim, then surely all CDPR need to do is port that version over to the PS5. Why do they have to wait months for the update? Because it's not a port, it's an upgrade.
