polishing doesn't necessarly mean adding things. I guess those mechanics messed up the gameplay in someway to the extent they can't fix it or they just can't deliver it in promised date. I thought car tuning was removed so you would have to find cool cars in the game but can't really see why parkour is getting removed well it's not like they are gone forever we will see how they will handle it
