Amazon.de also has the Maelstrom Steelbook and the Valentinos Steelbook can be gotten at Gamesonly.at (https://www.gamesonly.at/Cyberpunk_2077_PC_12281.html).
I think all four steelbooks (the other two being the Tiger Claw and the Voodoo Boys ones) are for sale in Poland, but I'm not sure how it is for the rest of the world.
