I am confident that the PC you're planning to use will handle Cyberpunk 2077 at ultra settings with Ray Tracing at 1080p, and 1440p, and easily maintain 60 fps.

4k may be a different issue, however. Only time will tell as it is too early to estimate. But the 2080 ti is the most powerful GPU on the market right now. It's an absolute beast of a graphics card.

And Cyberpunk 2077 won't be THAT difficult to run, considering it is still coming to PS4 and Xbox One.

You have absolutely nothing to fear with that setup.
