The usual really, buy weapons, cyberware, clothes, etc, as for getting it, also the usual, missions although i dunno if you get money from just killing people though, like if you just went on a rampage and just killed whoever and get money (similar to GTA) i havent seen any looting mechanics as far as bodies from my recollection so looting bodies may be a way to get weapons and stuff but i dunno if thats actually a thing,
