Quests were finished, but it still in my quest list. How can I force it to finish?

I got a bounty a long time ago, and I finished all of GiGs, except these two, it just stcuk in my quest list, because these two GIGs, i unable to get trophy "The Jungle".

when I track these two GIGs, then I save game and open metadata.9.json file, I get:
"trackedQuestEntry": "[nothing]",
"trackedQuest": "",
Normally it should be like this
"trackedQuestEntry"...

Quests were finished, but it still in my quest list. How can I force it to finish?
