Release Date Crowded
Single player games are good anytime as long as you avoid spoilers. I wont have to worry about spoilers after say, November.
Anyone else looking at their bank account and titles this fall and thinking the same thing?

This. XDOriginally posted by jc:like what titles?
Seriously, I have no idea what other titles are coming out in September (probably because I'm totally obsessed with Cyberpunk 2077).

Leaning towards troll thread? Why else come into a game forum and say you aren't buying the game because of X reason and then..not offer anything at all in support of it.

Wasteland 3
WOW: Shadowlands
Marvels Avengers
AC Valhalla

You have all the time to save up, or pre order it now and not have to worry about it.Originally posted by Trivialtetrapod:I don't think I'm going to be buying this on release. The release date seems really crowded with other good titles.

Just get the games you like, if you want halo, wait for halo, don't get something you don't like.
And If it's crowded, then that's only more choices for games which is good. You have more choices on what you want to play.

I think a rerelease of Tony hawk 1and 2 is also releasing in September.Originally posted by LordBlade:Don't know this one.Originally posted by Trivialtetrapod:New World
EDIT: So just looked this up. It's yet another flash in the pan MMO. I'm so done with those.Wasteland 3Have it coming already (I supported it on Fig). But it's a very different style of game.WOW: ShadowlandslolMarvels AvengersEverything I've seen so far makes this game seem like crap. It's horribly linear and scripted. Basically a movie with QTE rather than a proper game.AC ValhallaMeh, played one, you played them all. I still haven't bothered with the previous two. Honestly I find the series to just be way too focused on collectibles, with too little focus on actual story and proper world building. Beyond the ships in Black Flag, the series just is full of busy work.

The games coming out soon that I'm getting are Cyberpunk, Wasteland 3, Bloodlines 2 and Crusader Kings 3. Honestly there's not much else "big" that's really caught my attention. Of course there's always the odd indie title that comes out that I spot and have to grab. :p

I am looking at my sad wallet too, but it's not only the end of the year that bothers me, whole 2020 is full of games i whould like to buy, like Mafia remake and C&C remaster are right behind the corner, almost here. So it's the same thing again - too many games, not enough money and time. If you can avoid spoilers, then go ahead and push Cyberpunk 2077 away for other games, in that case you might as well wait for complete edition with all dlcs and stuff.Originally posted by Trivialtetrapod:Anyone else looking at their bank account and titles this fall and thinking the same thing?
Since i already pre-ordered Cyberpunk it's obvious what i will play in september, will miss a lot of games anyway, might as well go for the really big ones.
