The first choice in Cyberpunk 2077
Vampire the Masquerade 2 (played first, and expansion mod, still do years later - classic)
or
Cyberpunk 2077 (played RPG as teen, had great fun, also love Deus Ex - install it again)

If I had to choose between the two, I would go with Cyberpunk. While I'm very excited for Bloodlines 2, I don't think it will be on the same scale as aforementioned, mainly due to budget size. I am going to play both though.

I already preordered both.
I love the original Bloodlines, despite it's jankyness, and with the original lead writer back on board for Bloodlines 2 (along with the original composer) I'm confidant it'll turn out great.
As for Cyberpunk, it's like GTA mixed with Deus Ex. Seriously, what's not to love?!

I've played Bloodlines.....hundreds of hours? Replayed it again last month with The FInal Nights. So good. Such a great game. Without question worth the paltry sum they ask. Plus, imagine if it's good! Or great! And sequels! V. excite.
Cyberpunk I'm obviously hugely attached to - CE(x2, whoops), GoG version, Displates, etc. I played it on and off for 30 years and currently run a campaign.
Even if I did drink, that's, what, like 10 shots or pints you have to go without to afford one of these games? You can just buy from the grocer/liquor store for a few weeks and voila, you're ahead of the game.
Games I'm more on the fence on are TLOU2, Avengers, New World, so forth.

Idk where you live, man, but here you don't get 2 pints of beer for under a tenner unless it's at a micro-pub (aka, last dying remnant of ye olde pub) and not much change from a pony - not enough to get a beer often - for a glass of wine.
Most spirits are undrinkable, except tequilla sunk in squeezed limes.
Average evening being 2-4 pints, plus 2 in the round, plus a glass of something nice to steady the way on to the takeout - a working week is enough.

That's the answer I was looking for Sarduker - it sure is.
Not going down the pub for 2 months has saved me a ton of dosh.
A good investment of time while waiting to once again savour the ambrosia from the beer and cider taps.
