I am not tech savvy. I don't know what you call this problem. So I can't f-ing google it. The video feels glitchy. Is there anyway to minimize it? Someone help.
ETA: When I pan the "camera"/move my characters focus, the video/image "transition" is... not smooth. Sometimes it kind of skips and sometimes it's too fast. Sorry. I'm not very good with English either.
