I am deep into the game and Panam calls me. The call is answered by V instantly. V says, "Now what were you saying?"

After that Panam does not say a thing. Her pictures stays up in the left corner and never leaves.

Now I cannot do these action because I am in a phone call that will not end:
I cannot:
-Save
-Use Grenades
-Power Jump
-Use my phone
-Jack In

Basically it has completely and utterly broken the game. I cannot progress and I am not going to start over. This is ridiculous...I...
