Unable to enter Lizzies Bar
I'm currently on the quest 'The Information' - "Go to Lizzies Bar between 6pm and 6am". But, I have previously been to Lizzie's bar while free roaming and already activated the entry dialogue.

Now upon returning, I can't seem to enter at all. Both ground and rooftop doors are completely sealed and the NPC's at the front door just continuously ask if I'm "goin in or stayin out?". I'd love to go in, but cannot proceed with the job without loading an old save made several hours ago and doing...
