I've run into a near game-breaking bug where I both can't receive calls from anyone, and calling certain people causes them to hangup and lock me in the calling state, meaning I can't talk, fast travel, or save.

I found out about this bug from the optional objective to call Judy in "Automatic Love." I call, it rings for a bit, it disconnects and then I'm stuck. However this problem also triggers when calling Dakota Smith and Delamain, and goes back to saves as far as almost 2 hours before...
