this bug has completely taken over my text messages.

Texts from Victor all say LocKey followed by numbers, also from various fixers. I can only reply saying LocKey aswell.

this is also from the Journal containing the new Apartments.

some messages work fine and can reply as normal, but I can't even see what some people are saying or what I'm replying.. kind of frustrating.

I have already verified files within Steam and that did nothing
