Anyone else getting hit by their own vehicle after exiting it?

It also happens with story characters if i walk in front of their vehicle even though its parked.

I havent had this bug before but now its there, restarting the game doesnt help. Its like its embedded into the save file. Because i dont have this problem with a new game character. Only in this savefile that is my "main" game, which i find even more weird.
