For the sake of comparison, Dying Light 2, Outer Worlds, Doom Eternal, System Shock 2020, and many other upcoming releases don't have achievements or cloud save either.

I doubt that Steam won't have cloud or achievements.
The GOG version has it.
We have no official system requirements yet. The only specs we've gotten thus far was what was used to run the demonstrations last year. And that hardly shows us what is needed to run the game.
The only thing we get out of that is; anything as fast or faster should be sufficient to run the game.
I repeat. Minimum/recommended specs are not released yet.
Another statement by CDPR:
CDPR is not sending out invites to test out the game. If you recieve one, it's a scam. Ignore it.

The game is still in development ffs and what is it whit people and achievements. I mean I get it in some games, but in RPGs?!?!?! Where the whole point is choosing your own path XD
+Cloud saves are most likely comming as CDPR added it to Witcher 3 after they got cloud saves on GOG

The store page doesn't necessarily list everything yet. I don't see any reason why there wouldn't be achievements.

Personally I don't care about achivements, they are there is filler and to cater to people that like instant glorification and sense of accomplishment. But I respect those that like it, I think they will be in, they are just not listed yet and this happens in alot of other games too, nothing showcased before the game is released or close to.
Achivements sometimes takes away creativity and enjoying games to your own style. I have seen people follow a "path" even if they don't want to, just to get achivements..........
