See attached screenshot. This started happening after I retrieved the last Delemain car and went back to Delemain Core for my reward. I saw the effect on screen there and assumed it was something to do with the missions/story there. But now it's happening on all holo calls; here's one with Judy, but you can also see Delemain's fractured AI effect and part of his face.

I'm not sure where to post bug reports so starting here.

EDIT: This effect persists between save/load and game restart...
