Cyberpunk 2077 is going to be a first-person perspective (FPP) RPG, and there will not be an option to change everything to third-person perspective (TPP). The subject has been very popular ever since the initial announcement back in June 2018, and it is, without exception, a topic that always generates hostility.

There is exactly no way such a major aspect of the game is going to change when all that remains is polishing, bug fixing, and playtesting -- and when the developers have made it very clear, multiple times, that they will not change their mind.

We had a massive TPP/FPP on this forum for a long time, but it was locked several months ago because it kept going downhill (arguments, insults, etc.) over and over and over again despite numerous reminders, warnings, and bans. You can see it for yourself here.
