[bug] unable to finish "kto sieje wiatr"
description of main bug
1. I decide to go quiet
2. I use sawage system
3. I must upgrade my engenering skill to go forward
4. I meet mision target but he is not marked
5. so I go to main building to marked area and my target is marked
6. I try to escape with my target but marking not change, he follows me so I return to Panam but unable to end mission
7. now I see marking of main gate so I return there and nothing changes
8. unable finish mission
