Performances are getting worse, latest patch (post 1.5) is even worse

I was playing on (basic) ultra settings with RT reflections on at 60 fps. Balanced DLSS. And I was very pleased with those settings.
Since patch 1.5, fps dropped down by about 20. Barely unplayable.
Today, a new 60gb fix has been applied, with the RT local shadows option.
Even by disabling it, I can't play anymore. I lowered all the shadows options (the basic ones), all the fog / clouds / decals, etc... it's still no more...
