It took me 120 hours on hardest difficulty to beat witcher 3 and all of its side content, excluding DLCs.

I feel like I can go for 200-250h. If I were to go real slow like after a mission I would just go somewhere to hangout with companions or do some racing or some random ♥♥♥♥ also there is a digital world to explore too it could go up to 300h and with dlcs and possible multiplayer in long term it has great amount of content.

well seeing as I put 400+ hours in my first play on the witcher 3 without any of the expansions I'm going to assume I'll be putting as much time into this game as last time if not more time since I'm more into this type of stuff.

I think I played Witcher 3 like 70 hour but for the the game got pretty tedious after that. Im totally happy if I play Cyberpunk the same amount. Cyberpunk offers more different kind of gameplay and sex stuff so that might push it further. Hopefully this story is better too.

They are saying the prologue is about 5 hours so the game is probably long af. I remember in witcher 3, I thought it was going to be over after the Kaer Morhen fight but it kept going for 20/30 more hours.

I'd say a single play through, with the main quest, side quests, and all points of interest on the map, might take about 80 - 100 hours.
So there's three different life paths, that will ultimately affect the way your story and game turns out, and your choices determine what ending you will get.
And then, changing your gender changes A LOT in the game, as well.
So I'm thinking I'll get anywhere from 300 - 500 hours out of it easily. Cause I plan on doing multiple play throughs.

If we get 5 hours for prologue, then 10 hours per act until 3 and maybe a couple hours for the epilogue we're looking at something close to 40 hours which would be quite nice.

As many hours as I can put into but I do have a target at least 400hours. What I'll do in that time I am not sure I would probably spend playing over and over again, discovering undiscovered or modding the game.

3 playthroughs. Thousands of hours. First, a male nomad with 1-2 k hours. Second, a female street kid with 1 - 1.5 k hours and thirdly a male/female corpo with 1-2 k hours depending if they make a good coop then I'd use corpo dude for coop mostly and play singleplayer with my nomad (mostly) and street kid.
Spent 2.5k hours in skyrim, a thousand hours in Witcher 3 so I have no doubth I'll have at least 3 playthroughs and over 3 thousand hours in this game.

lol. This game probably only has a month of material to chew through. Right now I can/t even see playing it unless I get a demo first. I need to know that it will not make me nauseated like their other games do.
