I wanted to point out a bug I've noticed when applying any of the "Faster Reloading" perks from any of the attribute branches.

What I've noticed:
If you acquire faster reloading for a weapon in any way. It will subsequently lower the damage of that weapon type as well. The more perks you have boosting reloading speed, the lower your damage per shot goes.

When I activated 2 points in feel the flow, my reload speed increased but, inadvertently, my damage per shot dropped by 10%...
