RT optimization

As I have been dissatisfied by the performance of RT features in CP2077 (and for the love of such a beautiful game), I took an initiative to optimize on my own. I think RT should perform very weil on my system but due to the poor implementation of code and over usage of ray tracers have increased the latency on my system.
I have a 2070 SUPER, Ryzen 3500 and 24 GB RAM.
