In some areas i barely see NPC's. Also V turns into dark mode. Can i fix it somehow?

I was playing on repack version 1.2 in October, now i buy myself the full game and see this. Its kinda Sad.
Not having that issues in other games

Radeon RX470 4GB (Driver version 22.2.2)
