[BUG] Time dilation effect disappears during finishers.
If you install an OS that allows you to slow down time, and then after activation, perform a finisher (killing with a single blow with a blade weapon) - then the time dilation effect will disappear. So the OS with time dilation effect is practically useless on samurai melee build
