Help! CPU 100% usage, low GPU usage and bad FPS.
  • CPU: i7-8700
  • GPU: RTX 2080
  • RAM: 16GB
  • Motherboard: MSI B360M MORTAR
  • Driver Version: Nvidia 460.79
As soon as I start the game, the CPU usage is 100% immediately, even in the main menu.
The most outrageous thing is that FPS is only 20-30 when the graphics set to the lowest.
I'm dying if I can't play 2077 smoothly, any help will be appreciated.
