Cyberpunk Riders of the Storm Bug Johnny not showing up
I found out johnny will not show up when Playing in SuperUltra wide (32:9) game will loop forever.

To overcome this Bug you gotta go to the setting and switch resolutio to aspect ratio of 16:9 tham Johnny shows up and you can switch back to 32:9.

Hope this will help some of you out there.
