Patch 1.5 and Fidelity FX (PC) Boost for AMD GPU owners + few bugreports
Hello guys. I tested the Fidelity FX yesterday on my system:

AMD Threadripper 1900x (similar to Ryzen 1800x)
AMD Radeon VII
32gb RAM, 3200MHz QuadChannel.

Previously It was best to play the game on FullHD (1920x1080). Score in the benchmark after patch was 4200.

After I enabled Fidelity FX on AUTO the score went up to 6400 on full HD, so I switched resolution to 4k (3840x2160). Score afterwards was 3900 and the game was definitely playable on 4k res.
