I was annoyed when the shops wouldn't reload crafting specs that I bypasses due to lack of cash early in the game.

Now I am annoyed that crafting specs dropped by named NPCs in SOCs sometimes simply fail to manifest.

Really wanted the Comrade's Hammer.....but wasn't paying attention to area when I fought the guy who drops it...and, of course, he didn't drop it. That was days ago, going back to reload that one mission (provided I could even find it in my saves) not an option.
