This is a completely separate issue from the ones posted before. In my case, there is no way to enter the building at all: the script for opening doors and hatches doesn't pop up. Gut inside once by driving a car and ramming it into the front door, but once the textures loaded properly - there was no way out. Now either trapped there with Roh, or unable to enter once again if save file is reloaded.
Playing on PS4. Perhaps somebody else encountered the same issue and knows how to fix it
