I'll be a nomad first, because of a comment I read on reddit. It said it's the most "immersive" experience for newcomers because through the nomads eyes you'll be ignorant to many things they are accustomed to, so you as a fresh entry into this game are perfect to this role to learn from the beginning, role play wise.
Cyberpunk 2077 is first and foremost a RPG and so, being someone who already knows much about this world, is (from my perspective) just not what is logical and I'll take the nomad route.

First, male nomad. After few thousand hours Ill make a second character which will be female street kid. And third one will be male corpo but that'll be ages from now and if they implement coop I might use him for just that.

Corpo, as it seems you start out as working for Arasaka which is the company you'll steal the chip from so, i think that would be cool, Also since ill be as nasty as possible, i like the story of a more hands off corpo turning into a slaughter machine.

Nomad for the first "I have no idea what I'm doing so I'll utterly fail to make the choices or get the outcomes I actually want" build lol.
Street Kid for the character I really want to play (a super stealthy pacifist hacker - no kill run.)
And then corpo for the "it's all about my personal profit, I'm a psychopath now" playthrough that I inevitably eventually play for fun in most games. :P
