The new Johnny glitch effect gave me a headache, eye pain, dizziness and blurred vision

Literally after the blue glitch my eyes started to hurt, my head stated to hurt, I started to see blurry and I felt so dizzy that I had to lie down. I can't play cyberpunk because that blue glitch effect happens even when Johnny gets close to V in some main mission scenes.
