The Kang Tao gas station portion seems to have several bugs. Explosive canisters don't detonate when you try to snipe them from the boulders. It's like only their LOD texture is loaded but not the object itself even though they're well within weapon range as evidenced by being able to shoot the enemies that are at similar range and register damage. Further, more enemies pop in when you advance closer to the station. Panam also pops around a bit if you don't advance straight ahead and instead...
