Hey folks,


Just droppin in to report a bug I am experiencing with a NCPD Scanner Mission. Show to the location kill all the enemies except for an NPC named Jiro Oba. He won't die. He appears to be bugged and will not take damage from any sources, so I am unable to complete the mission due to this. I am attaching a screencap of the mission location on the map for inverstigation purposes. Endgame Save.
