Did this bug not get fixed?

I've spent an hour trying to get into the cinema and then searched for a walkthrough only to find that this is a bug, and it apparently was not fixed in that HUGE patch I downloaded last week?

Is there any way around this? I'm over 160 hours in and I will be choked if I can't finish this game.

Can someone please help me?
