Dream on intercom bugged. Can't start mission.
I went to start the mission dream on. The first step is "use the intercom". I switched to a different quest, came back, the step is still there, but the com is not functioning. Tried skipping forward in time, restarting. Nothing. Quest is permanently bugged.
