My problem is that shortly after leaving the apartment, I received a call from Takemura to meet him at toms diner but I couldnt pick up due to lag, but didnt care and did a bunch of sidequests right after. Now I tried calling takemura over the phone but he doesnt answer and cant even interact with him at the diner. Ive tried pretty much everything I could think of but nothing has worked and I've only seen 1 other person who had this same problem. Is there any fix I can do or last resort do...
