Hello,

the npc KI is totaly buged or something? Cops dont chase me, the npcs stuck everywhere and the nps cars are unable to pass by the smallest obstacles. do i did anything wrong? i allready tryed to reinstall but they are allways dump as hell. any idea how to fix this? thanks alot
