First day before meeting Jackie i went to Kabuki and the next day i got all the roads and bridges to the "south side" of the map permanently blocked by police barricades. But i can still travel there via quick travel points. I already got to the moment i must meet mrs. Parker.
I cant remember such issue in 1.06 version. How it can be fixed?
