Driving to fast causes game to not load cars, and other AI,
Caused my game to be really uninteresting and i'd love to find a solution

I'd drive around at a decent speed, however only the city would be loading, AI and AI cars would never appear and once i stop, game lags and then immediately pops everything in with a loud crunch noise.
