Playing as a Male V, finished the quest where she leaves you her flat.
Immediately left the area and went to the flat and she was there, could talk to her but she seemed to think I was talking on the phone as she mentioned she was driving at the moment, where in fact she was leaning by the window in her flat!

Little strange, but hopefully doesn't break anything.
