As far as I understand, color of the monowire should be based around what mod is installed into it.
However, in my previous playthrough male V had red monowire, and in current as female V its green.

Swapping mods (e.g. physical to chem) makes it red, but only until weapon sheathed again.
After swapping weapon, or equipping / unequpping monowire it switches back to green again.

I know there's much more important bugs atm, but I'd like to see it fixed someday, and nobody seems to be talking...
