Since it's your choice to do mature stuff in the game... you can stream it no problem... but, Do not make sex in game while streaming. hahaha

I think you will fully be able to stream it but you can always just be able to look if its going on the prohibited games list around its release 'cause theres other games that did not have a censor option and they where fine showing some nudity so why not this

Honestly, I hope CDPR didn't tone down this game so that it's suitable for twitch etc.
Making your game "stream-friendly" should not even be an idea for single-player games.

What games exactly?

You should be fine, at least on Youtube and Twitch, as long as these titles aren't already rated 'AO' by ESRB. Still in case the content is flagged as inappropriate by too many viewers, it'll be taken down for further review for sure.

For the crotch area? Maybe, maybe not. One thing we do know for sure so far is that we won't get to see any of whatever the stuff players plan to put down there during the cutscenes.

i think you are allowed to show nudity in game on Twitch if its in game but not a mod.
Like how some Conan exiles twitch streamers do.
